How does the online gift shop work?
  The online gift shop is for purchasing gifts to be delivered to patients currently in the hospital.
  • All online sales are final.
  • We do not permit returns, refunds or exchanges.
  • Please verify that the patient has not been discharged from the hospital and then proceed with your purchases.
  • We will verify that the patient is in the hospital and then process your order.
  • If the patient has been discharged, we will contact you by phone or email.
  • Purchases can be made 24/7 on the website. However, subsequent handling, processing and delivery of your order will be limited to the restricted hours that the volunteer staff works in the store. See About Us/Hours.
Who delivers the gifts to the patients' rooms?
  Deliveries are made by our volunteer staff and there is no service charge.
How do I use a coupon?
  After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.
